The construction work in the Hays section of Pittsburgh to eliminate the ponding that occurs there has been completed and is now open.

I biked that section of the trail a week ago and it is great! Three years ago I fell trying to maneuver around ice and such from the water that flooded the trail and then iced over. I didn't have serious injuries, but it was not fun. So glad that section is fixed and can be safe for all.
