I value this forum for updates & support. I often wonder if I could cross country ski anywhere on the canal. While it may seem unrelated, this SkiWise mobile app has potential for sharing mutli-use trail conditions. So far it's only populated with cross country ski trails. Maybe if the developer sees more demand it could be expanded. https://www.facebook.com/SkiwiseApp.
