Path conditions after winter storm?

Hi all - has anyone been on the C&O path in the last 24 hours? Looking for a place to get a long run in (without using micro spikes) after this winter storm... and curious if the canal path is softer/less icy than sidewalks around the District.

We didn't really get any snow near Brunswick. We're supposed to get some tonight though.
