Below is a link to an article that highlights various eateries in the various Maryland towns along the C&O Towpath. There are more on the other side of the Potomac River which are accessible but not described in this article. I’ve eaten in a number of these but look forward to checking out some of the others mentioned….especially the ice cream shops!

I’ve eaten at The Crabby Pig, Buddy Lou’s, Beans in the Belfry, and the Whites Ferry Grill. So many more to try!

That Fractured Banana ice cream place will be on my radar for sure!

FYI, the Fractured Banana in Hancock is closed. I'm not aware of any plans in the making to reopen in another location at this time.
