The GAP website posted a new trail alert today as stated below:

"Contractor Vehicles on GAP Near Frostburg (GAP Mile 14) Partially Obstructed: Be aware of contractors working near the GAP between Helmstetter's Curve and Frostburg."

The GAP website has been updated to indicate that the work near Frostburg on the GAP has been completed and the contractor has cleared from the area.
