The Town Hill B&B in Little Orleans may be what you are looking for. You can find information on it by going to its website. It is a bit off the trail itself and uphill at that but they offer to shuttle you and your bikes up the hill and down if you don't want to coast back down the next morning.
I stayed there a few years ago and had a nice stay.
