Trail Completion Vehicle Meeting Place - Georgetown

Plan to complete C&O at mile 0. What is an optimal meeting point and possible route for a vehicle to meet me upon completion? Driver will be coming from Great Falls area. Would like to minimize exposure to heavy traffic.

There is a pay parking lot adjacent to Thompsons Boat Center behind which is Milepost 0.
