Given the covered pavilion there and the amenities within such as lights and hot coffee, I’d expect there there are receptacles that could be used to charge your e-bike battery. If the weather improves and the trail firms up, I’ll ride by there and confirm. You could also call the owner at 724-244-5859 to verify.
