Called on March 21, 2025 to cancel a reservation due to a family emergency. Was told there is a $20 cancelation fee when on site states full refund before 2 weeks. It has been almost 3 weeks since cancelation still no refund. Emailed several times regarding this issue with no response back, I even called several times and was told i would get a call back from the person in charge. Still haven't heard back. Makes me question my confidence in the Falls Market Inn.
