Quiet!!! Far enough from the rrtrax for a great night sleep. We love this place and continue to return each time we bicycle C&OGAP, and each time we notice updates - to the accommodations; to the breakfast and to the bicycle gear bin. And, right next door to a bicycle shop (fortunately, our bikes didn't need anything). Even tho this is a self service b&b, we were easily in contact with April who answered all of our questions. Not a detail was missed - delicious cookies welcomed us; a huge kitchen stocked with a full range of food to satisfy the pickiest of eaters. The coffee is roasted locally and delicious (full body; not your clear office coffee). There's a lot of room in the house to move about. The covered back porch makes a great place to chill. In addition to storing several bicycles. We'll be back.
