Years ago, I spent a lot of time here as a volunteer and the inexpensive lodgings allowed me to make many visits which I would not have been otherwise able to afford. I loved camping, and feeling the trains rumble by just below. I loved the private rooms, when weather made camping less desirable. And it looks like the recent, new management may have made the dorms more welcoming, along with the many other improvements. Looking forward to returning soon, and doing lots more exploring!
