I'm planning to ride from DC to Harpers Ferry in mid-August in one day, camp in Harpers or Huckleberry Hill, and return to DC the next day.

I'm basically looking for any information others may have regarding trail conditions, or any other out of the ordinary things to expect.

When you arrive at the Harpers Ferry Trailhead you will climb a circular stair to cross a bridge to get to the town of Harpers Ferry.

It is a great time to ride, things will have dried up since this weeks rain. Remember to leave my food out.
