It seems that 99% of comments refer to McKeesport rather than Homestead for departure
or arival. What's the hype of McKeesport ?

The trail used to end in McKeesport. Maybe you were looking at old posts? There's also lots of outdated advice on the web to start your trip in Boston PA.

If you're leaving tomorrow, start in Homestead. If you're leaving after June 2013, start in Pittsburgh.
