I'm sixty plus now but several years ago a friend and I rode from Frostburg Maryland to DC in 3 days, staying with our spouses overnight. I'm looking for some friends to ride along approximately the same route, starting point could vary, ambitiously I would like to start from Pittsburgh and ride the entire trail, but I would have to do some serious training to be sure. any interest please let me know. thank you
