I'm planning a mid to late June c&o canal hike. Harpers Ferry to mile 123 or so. I live near Rockville MD. Is there transportation from my area to Harper's Ferry and a return trip from Harper's Ferry or an access point North of Harper's Ferry? I'm flexible with entry point drop offs or pick ups.
