Amtrak, Book early to get a spot for your bike- (extra $). The train usually gets into Cumberland around 9pm so good idea to also book a room at the hotel across the tracks. Have a fun adventure.

If it is just you, the train is probably your best option. If there are others traveling with you, consider a one-way car/van rental. Shuttle services may be more flexible but generally more expensive.
