Is there a list of counties that the C & O Canal Bike trail goes through? I would like to pre-load the topo maps and they go by county.

Allegheny, Westmoreland, Fayette, Somerset in PA.
Allegany, Washington, Frederick, Montgomery in MD.
Washington, DC.
