Are eBikes allowed on the trail? If so what are the limits?

Ebikes that meet the state law requirements of 750 watts or less, less than 100 lbs, max 20 mph assist & rider must be at least 16 are deemed 'bicycles'. This is a new & coming phenomena in biking, just be extra careful & respectful...please.
