As a southern Marylander, I know my crabcakes. And beleive it or not, when I go to Hancock, which is pretty often, I can't wait to get the crabckes here at Park N'Dine. NO pimento (ugh!) to overshadow the delicate crabmeat taste, and they are carefully made so the big chunks of meat stay intact. And they are about half the price of what you pay in a seafood restaurant down here.
